A better photograph of the same property.
ListPik defines property photo enhancement as correction of photographic presentation without changing material property facts. The intended output should look like the same frame captured with better light, color, camera discipline, and finishing.
What the system is designed to do.
ListPik is a browser-based AI image service for real estate, short-term-rental, and hospitality photos. The core workflow accepts JPG, PNG, and WebP files up to 10 MB, processes one photo per credit, and returns an enhanced image beside its original for interactive review.
The core workflow is not positioned as virtual staging, renovation visualization, defect removal, or a substitute for disclosure. Those categories change the represented scene and require separate controls and labeling.
Correction scope
Five bounded finishing operations.
Exposure and dynamic range
Recover useful room and window detail without flattening natural depth.
White balance and color
Neutralize mixed-light casts while keeping walls, wood, fabric, and finishes recognizable.
Clarity and noise
Improve useful edge detail and reduce distracting noise without inventing fixtures or texture.
Mild perspective
Correct camera tilt and leaning verticals without stretching the apparent size of a room.
Restrained exterior finishing
Balance facade exposure, landscape color, horizons, and plausible sky conditions.
Truth boundary
Polish must survive comparison.
The source image remains the factual reference. A result should be rejected when it changes architecture, permanent features, furniture, visible defects, views, material identity, room proportions, or exterior context in a way that could affect a guest or buyer's understanding.
- Architecture, openings, built-ins, and room proportions match the source.
- Furniture, visible condition, material color, and permanent features remain accurate.
- Windows, mirrors, reflections, views, and property boundaries do not imply false facts.
- The image remains believable at full size and at listing-thumbnail size.
Example provenance
Proof needs a label.
The landing-page comparison set uses representative demonstration images created for ListPik to explain common correction categories. They are not customer listings, measured conversion experiments, or guarantees of a specific output. Customer outcomes vary with source quality, room conditions, and the selected finishing direction.

What enhancement cannot promise.
ListPik cannot recover detail the camera never recorded, choose a better viewpoint after capture, verify physical condition, or guarantee listing views, bookings, sale price, or marketplace acceptance.
Users remain responsible for reviewing every output, following platform and brokerage policies, meeting local advertising and disclosure requirements, and choosing the original whenever an edit is misleading.
