01What does ListPik change?+
ListPik improves photographic presentation: lighting, white balance, clarity, mild perspective, and carefully bounded distractions. It is instructed to preserve architecture, furniture, views, finishes, and layout.
02Will an enhanced photo still look real?+
That is the standard. The intended result looks like the same room captured with better technique, not a newly generated interior.
03Which file types are supported?+
The current studio accepts JPG, PNG, and WebP images up to 12 MB. Upload the largest original available.
04How are credits used?+
One completed enhancement uses one credit. Credit packs do not expire and there is no required subscription.
05Can I review a result before publishing?+
Yes. The studio keeps the source and finished photo together in a draggable comparison view.
06Does ListPik support exterior photos?+
Yes. Choose the exterior mode for restrained facade, landscape, horizon, and sky finishing.
07Can AI remove furniture or renovate a room?+
Not in the truthful enhancement workflow. Large removals, virtual staging, and generated renovations are different product categories and require explicit disclosure.
08Are AI-edited photos allowed on property marketplaces?+
Policies and laws vary. You are responsible for platform rules and local advertising standards. Never use edits to conceal defects or misrepresent material facts.
09What happens to uploaded photos?+
For the local MVP, images are processed for the active workflow. Production retention and deletion controls will be finalized with the storage deployment and privacy policy.
10What if the result changes part of the property?+
Do not publish it. Compare against the original, retry from a better source, or use the original image. Accuracy takes priority over polish.
