Start with the essentials.

The more specific you are, the more useful our first reply can be.

What can we help with?

Before you write

What to include, by kind of question.

A result you want reviewed

Tell us which correction you ran, what you expected, and what came back instead. The most useful detail is usually what the room looked like in person, because that is the thing we cannot see from the file. Do not attach the photo in your first message — we will ask if we need it, and we would rather you did not send property images to an inbox unnecessarily.

Billing, credits, or refunds

Include the email address on the account and the approximate date of the purchase. Credits are one-time packs rather than a subscription, so there is nothing to cancel, but if a job failed and consumed a credit, tell us roughly when and we will restore it. We do not need card details and will never ask for them by email.

Whether an edit is allowed

We can explain where ListPik draws its own line between correcting a photograph and altering a property, and we publish that boundary in full on the methodology page. We cannot advise on the rules of a specific MLS, brokerage, or jurisdiction, because those vary and change. For those, ask the body that sets them.

Volume, teams, or partnerships

Tell us roughly how many photos a month, how many people would be using it, and what your current workflow looks like. Shared workspaces and approval roles are not in the product yet, so an honest answer may be that we are not the right fit today — we would rather say that than sell you a plan that does not exist.

What happens next

A person reads every message. Most replies go out within one business day, and a question that needs the answer checked against the pipeline can take a little longer. If you have not heard back within three business days, reply to your own message — it is more likely to have been lost than ignored.

If your question is covered on the FAQ or the editing methodology page, you will get the answer faster there than from us. If it is not, or the answer there is unclear, that is worth telling us too.
