01What happens after I pay?+
Polar returns you to the ListPik studio. The server confirms the checkout directly with Polar before the purchased credits are added.
02Does a failed enhancement use a credit?+
No. ListPik reserves one account credit while the photo is processing and automatically returns it if the enhancement does not complete.
03Do I get a free re-run?+
Yes. Each credited completed photo includes one soft free re-run without spending another credit. After that, a new credit is required. Hard failures still refund automatically.
04Can I buy another pack later?+
Yes. One-time packs and optional monthly plans both add to the same credit balance and can be combined whenever you need more.
05Do monthly credits expire?+
No. Monthly plans grant credits into the same balance as packs. Unused credits do not expire and stack across renewals.
06How do I manage or cancel a monthly plan?+
Open Manage subscription from the studio or pricing page. Polar's customer portal handles payment method updates and cancellation.
07Are taxes included in the displayed price?+
Applicable taxes are calculated during Polar checkout based on the billing details and location entered there.
08Can I use my credits on another device?+
Yes. Credits and completed photo history belong to your ListPik account, so they follow you between signed-in devices.
09Can I request a refund?+
Contact support@listpik.com with the Polar receipt and checkout reference. Eligibility depends on whether the purchased credits have been used.
