Privacy policy

This policy explains the information ListPik processes to provide accounts, photo enhancement, billing, support, security, and optional analytics and advertising measurement.

Information ListPik processes

ListPik may process your email address and authentication records, uploaded source images and generated outputs, credit balance and job history, transaction identifiers supplied by Polar, support correspondence, device and security logs, and optional product analytics when you consent.

How information is used

Information is used to authenticate users, process and return images, maintain credits, complete purchases, prevent abuse, diagnose failures, answer support requests, measure product reliability, and meet legal obligations. ListPik does not sell personal information.

Service providers

ListPik relies on Supabase for authentication, database, and storage services; OpenAI for image processing; Polar for checkout and payment records; AWS SES for transactional email; Vercel for hosting and performance telemetry; PostHog for optional product analytics; and Microsoft Advertising for optional advertising measurement and conversion attribution. Microsoft may collect or receive personal information for Microsoft Advertising when you consent, as described in the Microsoft Privacy Statement. Each provider processes information under its own terms and security controls.

Cookies and local storage

Essential browser storage is used to keep authentication sessions, consent preferences, and necessary product state. Optional cookies support product analytics, advertising measurement, and conversion attribution only after you choose to allow them. Microsoft Advertising receives a denied ad-storage signal by default and an updated granted signal only after consent. If you arrive from a Microsoft ad, the click identifier in that link is kept in your browser's local storage for up to 90 days so the visit can still be matched to the ad if you allow optional cookies later; it stays on your device and is not sent to Microsoft unless you consent. You can reopen Cookie settings from the site footer and change the choice for future activity.

Images, retention, and deletion

Uploaded and generated images may be stored with the user account so results can be reviewed and downloaded. Operational backups and security logs may persist for a limited period after deletion. Do not upload images you lack permission to process, and avoid files containing people, documents, access codes, or other unnecessary personal information.

Your choices

You may request access, correction, export, or deletion of personal information where applicable. You may also withdraw optional analytics and advertising measurement consent through Cookie settings. Requests should be sent from the account email to support@listpik.com.

Security and changes

ListPik uses access controls, encrypted transport, scoped service credentials, and monitoring intended to protect customer information. No internet service can guarantee absolute security. Material policy changes will be reflected by the effective date on this page.
