Terms of service
These terms govern access to ListPik, including accounts, photo processing, credits, purchases, downloads, and support.
Account use
You must provide a valid email address, protect access to your email account and ListPik session, and use the service only where legally permitted. You are responsible for activity performed through your account.
Your images and permissions
You retain ownership of images you upload and outputs produced for you, subject to any rights belonging to photographers, property owners, occupants, platforms, or other parties. You grant ListPik and its service providers the limited rights needed to store, process, transmit, and return those files. You must have permission to upload and process each image.
Site image licensing
The demonstration photographs published on this site, including the before-and-after comparison set, were created for ListPik and remain the property of ListPik. They are not customer listings. All rights are reserved: they may not be copied, redistributed, or reused in other marketing without written permission. To request permission or licensing terms, contact support@listpik.com.
Responsible publishing
ListPik is designed for photographic presentation correction, not defect concealment, false amenities, renovation visualization, or undisclosed virtual staging. You must review every result against the original and comply with applicable advertising, disclosure, brokerage, marketplace, and intellectual-property rules.
Credits, payments, and refunds
One completed enhancement uses one credit. A reserved credit is returned when ListPik records a failed processing job. Purchased credits do not expire under the current product policy. Prices exclude taxes that Polar may calculate at checkout. Duplicate charges, inaccessible purchases, and service failures should be reported to support@listpik.com for review. Refund rights required by law are unaffected.
Service limitations
Generated results vary with the source file and model behavior. ListPik does not guarantee that an output will be accurate, suitable for a specific portal, accepted by a marketplace, or produce commercial outcomes. The service may be modified, interrupted, rate-limited, or suspended for maintenance, security, abuse prevention, or legal reasons.
Prohibited use
You may not use ListPik to violate law or third-party rights, process unlawful or abusive material, misrepresent property condition, conceal required disclosures, probe or disrupt the service, bypass access controls, or resell access without written authorization.

Questions about these terms can be sent to support@listpik.com. Material changes will be reflected by the effective date above. Continued use after an update means the revised terms apply to future use.
