01

Build the set around decisions

Viewers need to understand arrival, shared living space, sleeping arrangements, bathrooms, and the property's defining feature. A complete set answers those questions without repeating near-identical angles.

02

The minimum useful sequence

Start with the strongest cover candidate, then move through the property in the same order a guest or buyer would experience it.

  • Exterior or defining view
  • Main living area
  • Kitchen and dining
  • Every bedroom
  • Every bathroom
  • Outdoor areas and key amenities
  • Access, parking, or layout details where relevant
03

Capture two types of frame

Use one wide establishing image for each room and one closer detail only when it explains quality or function. More photos do not automatically create more confidence; redundant photos slow the viewer down.

04

Run a final quality pass

Check reflections, personal information, open cupboards, toilet lids, cables, bins, blown windows, tilted verticals, and accidental duplicates before anyone begins editing.

A note on accuracy

Property advertising rules vary. Review every enhanced image against the original and disclose material or generated changes wherever required.
